1.2 The Data Controller is the entity that operates the Site and the WOU brand, with tax number (NIF) 248 746 332, headquartered in Porto, Portugal.

2.1 WOU collects the personal data that the User voluntarily provides when filling in forms on the Site, namely name, email and phone contact.

a) For "Contact Requests": Your data is collected solely for the purpose of sharing it with the specific Partner you selected, so that they may contact you and present a commercial proposal in response to your request.
b) For "Registrations": Your data is collected to formalise your registration or booking with the Partner offering the Service. If the registration includes an online payment, additional data may be requested to process the transaction.
c) For Marketing Communications: Should you give us your explicit consent, your email may be used to send you WOU news and promotions. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
3. SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
3.1 WOU shares your personal data with Partners for the fulfilment of the services you request. By making a "Contact Request" or a "Registration", the User consents to their data being transmitted to the corresponding Partner, as this sharing is essential to fulfilling the request.
3.2 We will not share your data with any other third parties for marketing purposes, except with your express consent.
4. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1 Your data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Data relating to "Contact Requests" and "Registrations" will be retained until the service is completed and for the mandatory legal periods (e.g. for tax purposes), after which it will be securely deleted. Data collected for marketing purposes will be retained until the User withdraws their consent.
