TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USERS
1. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") set out the rules for accessing and using the website www.wou.pt ("Site"), owned and operated by WOU.
1.2 By using the Site and submitting personal data through any form, the User declares to have read, understood and accepted these T&C and our Privacy Policy.
1.3 WOU reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The updated version will always be available on the Site for consultation.
2. ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SITE
2.1 The Site www.wou.pt and the WOU brand are operated by the entity with tax number (NIF) 248 746 332, headquartered in Porto, Portugal.

3. CONDITIONS OF USE
3.1 By submitting their data on the Site, the User declares to be at least 16 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
3.2 The User is solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and up-to-date nature of the data they provide (name, email, phone number).
4. SERVICES PROVIDED AND INTERACTION WITH PARTNERS
4.1 WOU is a platform that promotes products and services ("Services") from third-party entities ("Partners"), and is not the final provider thereof, except where explicitly stated (e.g. "WOU Events").
4.2 The User's interaction with Partners' Services through the Site may occur in two ways:
a) Contact Request: The User expresses interest in a Service by filling in a form so that the Partner can contact them directly.
b) Registration: The User registers for or books a specific Service from a Partner. This Registration may involve two payment methods, which will be clearly identified on the Service page:
i. Payment On-Site: The platform records the registration/booking, and payment is made directly to the Partner.
ii. Payment on the Site: (When available) The platform processes payment for the Service at the time of registration, on behalf of and for the account of the Partner.
5. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF INTERACTION
5.1 For Contact Requests:
5.1.1 WOU's responsibility is limited to transmitting the User's data to the Partner. Any subsequent business relationship is the sole responsibility of the User and the Partner.
5.2 For Registrations (all payment methods):
5.2.1 By completing a Registration, the User enters into a contract directly with the Partner.
5.2.2 The purchase of the Service is always subject to each Partner's specific terms and conditions, including their cancellation and refund policy. The User must find out about these conditions before completing the Registration.
5.2.3 In the case of Payment on the Site, WOU is responsible only for processing the transaction and issuing the corresponding digital receipt.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS (APPLICABLE TO REGISTRATIONS)
6.1 Any and all cancellation or refund policies are the sole responsibility of the Partner, as they are the final provider of the Service.
6.2 Any cancellation or refund request, regardless of whether payment was made on the Site or On-Site, must be directed to the Partner.
6.3 WOU is not responsible for issuing returns or refunds. In the event of a dispute, WOU may, in good faith, provide communication channels to help facilitate contact between the User and the Partner, but without assuming any responsibility for the outcome.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 WOU ensures that Partners are reputable entities who have undertaken to provide the Services under the advertised conditions.
7.2 However, the final provision of the Service is the sole responsibility of the Partner. WOU assumes no liability for the quality, execution, or any failure or damage arising from the provision of the Service by the Partner.
7.3 Any complaint regarding the provision of the Service must be directed to the Partner. WOU is available to, in good faith, help facilitate contact between the parties should a conflict arise.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 All elements of the Site (trademarks, logos, text, images, videos) are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by WOU or its Partners.
8.2 Copying, reproducing, modifying or any other form of use of the Site's content without WOU's prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.
9. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
9.1 The processing of Users' personal data is carried out in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislation.
9.2 The collection and processing of personal data (such as name and email in forms) is governed by our Privacy Policy. The collection of browsing data (cookies) depends on consent managed through the "Cookie Settings" tool available on the Site.
9.3 The User is guaranteed the right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of their data, as well as other rights provided for by law, which may be exercised via the email info@wou.pt.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 These T&C are governed by the Portuguese law in force.
10.2 The Judicial Court of the District of Porto shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these T&C, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
11. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND COMPLAINTS BOOK
11.1 In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or to the following alternative consumer dispute resolution (ADR) entities:
