The Advanced level Ballet classes are designed for experienced dancers seeking the highest level of rigor, endurance, and precision. The goal is to prepare students for the challenges of performances, auditions, and competitions.
The methodology focuses on the mastery of classical ballet technique and its application in performance. The classes are intensive and include highly complex barre and center work, pointe work (for prepared students), and learning variations from the classical repertoire.
This activity develops not only the physical aspect—excellent strength and control—but also the mental one, strengthening the discipline, concentration, and confidence necessary for the stage. The goal is to overcome limits and consolidate a mature artistic identity.
