Identify the invisible to heal the visible through the strength of the collective.
Group Systemic Family Constellation is a phenomenological therapeutic approach that brings to light the unconscious dynamics acting within a family system. This modality utilizes the energy and presence of other participants to represent members or elements of a system, revealing invisible loyalties, ancestral fates, or imbalances that may be at the root of current blocks.
The workshop offers a safe and profound space to look at what is hidden, promoting a new image of a solution that benefits not only those presenting their theme but all those present through group resonance.
What this session allows
- Collective Awareness: Understanding the systemic root of repetitive patterns, conflicts, or illnesses through live representation
- Systemic Reorganization: Restoring the 'Orders of Love' (Belonging, Hierarchy, and Balance), allowing the family system to find harmony again
- Liberation and Balance: Honoring the past to be free for the future, releasing burdens that do not belong to the participant
Group Dynamics and Methodology
In this format, the work develops in a fluid and organic way. The participant who decides to 'constellate' presents their theme, and other members of the group are invited to serve as representatives. This interaction allows for the external visualization of hidden tensions and blocks, facilitating movements of reconciliation and healing that resonate throughout the systemic field.
Participation Modes
There are two ways to join this workshop:
- To Constellate (Bringing a Personal Theme)
Recommended for those who wish to work on a specific block (personal, family, professional, or health-related). The participant presents their theme, which becomes the focus of a full constellation during the workshop.
- To Participate (As a Representative/Assistant)
Recommended for those who wish to learn about the methodology or participate in the systemic field of other themes. Even without constellating a personal subject, the participant deeply benefits from the dynamics and collective learning, often experiencing indirect healing.
Duration
- Approximately 3 hours
Price Includes
- Participation in the Family Constellation Workshop (according to the chosen mode: Participating or Constellating).

1. What is the practical difference between 'Participating' and 'Constellating'?
A: Those who choose to 'Constellate' have a dedicated time focused exclusively on their personal theme, where the facilitator and the group work to reveal the dynamics of their specific family system. Those who choose to 'Participate' attend the workshop and may be invited to serve as representatives in other participants' constellations. Both modes allow for deep learning and inner healing movements.
2. What happens if I attend only as a participant? Do I still receive benefits?
A: Yes. In the systemic approach, there is the concept of 'resonance.' Often, by representing a role in someone else's constellation or simply by observing the work, the participant comes into contact with dynamics that also exist within their own system. This process allows for what is called 'indirect healing' or valuable insights.
3. Are my personal themes exposed to strangers? How is confidentiality handled?
A: Confidentiality is a golden rule in any Family Constellation workshop. All participants commit to not sharing names or details of the cases exposed outside the group. Furthermore, in systemic work, it is not necessary to reveal intimate life details for the constellation to be effective; it focuses essentially on facts and the members of the system.
4. Am I obligated to accept being a representative in a constellation?
A: No. Participation as a representative is always voluntary. If a participant does not feel comfortable representing at a certain moment, they may decline the invitation. Respect for each person's boundaries and feelings is fundamental to the safety of the systemic field.
5. How should I prepare for the workshop?
A: No technical preparation or prior study is required. We only recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement, as the work involves standing and moving around the space. It is also advisable to maintain a posture of openness and internal availability for what the phenomenological field reveals.
6. Is it possible to constellate more than one theme in the same workshop?
A: Due to the depth and intensity of the dynamic, each participant who chooses to 'Constellate' focuses on a single main theme. This allows the new solution image to settle and gives the participant time to integrate the movement without emotional overload.
