A: No. This course is designed to teach the technique from scratch. The chair structure facilitates learning posture and movements, making it accessible to beginners.

2. What is 'Shiatsu Express'?
A: It is an adaptation of traditional Japanese Shiatsu for a faster format. It focuses on finger and palm pressure on specific points (tsubos) on the back and shoulders, providing immediate tension relief and energetic revitalization in a short time.

3. Do I need to buy a massage chair to take the course?
A: No. The center provides chairs for practice during training. However, if you decide to work professionally in this area, the chair will be a necessary investment (and we provide advice on which ones to buy).
