A: Pindas are small bags of oriental origin, filled with aromatic herbs, sea salt and spices. When heated and applied to the body, they release their natural active ingredients through heat and aroma, creating a unique sensory experience with deep therapeutic benefits.
2. Is the massage done with heat? Is it safe?
A: Yes, the pindas are heated before being applied. The temperature is always controlled and adapted to each person's comfort — it should never cause discomfort. If you feel too much heat at any point, simply let the therapist know.
3. What are the main benefits of Pindas Massage?
A: The benefits are varied — deep muscle relaxation, skin hydration and nourishment, emotional balance, stress relief and stimulation of blood and lymphatic circulation. It is one of the most complete massages available, as it acts simultaneously on several levels.
4. How long is the session and what is the price?
A: Two options are available — a 30-minute session for €30 or a 60-minute session for €45. For a more complete experience and longer-lasting results, we recommend the 60-minute session.
5. How often should I have a Pindas Massage?
A: For general wellbeing maintenance, a monthly session is sufficient. For more consistent results in cases of chronic stress, persistent muscle tension or very dry skin, a fortnightly frequency is recommended.
6. Is any preparation needed before the session?
A: No special preparation is required. It is recommended to arrive a few minutes early to relax, avoid heavy meals immediately before the session and, if possible, not moisturise the skin on the day of the session to maximise the absorption of the natural active ingredients of the pindas.
7. How do I make a booking?
