1. What is the duration of the classes and how many times per week are recommended?
A: Classes last 1 hour. Attendance is recommended 1 to 2 times per week, including Ballet and, optionally, Flexibility and/or PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique).
2. Do students need prior dance experience to participate?
A: No. The classes are open to beginners as well as to those with some experience, and are always adapted to each student’s level.
3. What are the main benefits of Ballet for young people aged 12 and above?
A: Ballet improves posture, coordination, strength and flexibility, while also encouraging discipline, musicality, self-confidence and stage elegance.
4. What do students learn in the classes?
A: They work on intermediate/advanced classical technique, alignment, body awareness and artistic expression, learning exercises and choreographies suited to their level.
5. From what age can students join these classes?
A: These groups are designed for young people aged 12 and above.
6. Are there performances during the year?
A: Yes. Students can take part in shows or showcases organised by the school, applying what they have learned on stage.
7. Is any specific equipment or clothing required?
A: Yes. It is recommended to wear a leotard, ballet tights, demi-pointe shoes and have hair tied back. Other materials (such as balls or resistance bands for PBT) are provided by the school.
8. Can I book a trial class before enrolling?
A: Yes. It is possible to book a trial class, subject to availability, to get to know the teachers and the class environment.
9. Who are the Ballet teachers?
A: Classes are taught by qualified teachers with experience in classical ballet and in teaching young students in this age group.

A: Yes. Ballet promotes discipline, respect, responsibility and teamwork, supporting personal growth and social integration.
