Unlike more technical styles such as Ballet or classical Jazz, Commercial Dance focuses on personal expression, energy and choreographies from the most popular musical styles — it is the dance you see in music videos and on the stages of your favourite artists.
2. Is prior dance experience required?
A: No. Classes are open to all levels — from complete beginners to those with some dance experience. Teaching is progressive and adapted to each student's pace. The most important thing is the desire to learn and have fun.

A: Classes are open from age 11. The environment is intergenerational and inclusive — young people and adults share the same space of learning and fun.

A: Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement — tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt are ideal. For footwear, sports trainers with good grip are recommended. Avoid sandals or open-toed footwear.
