Is your child 10 or 11 years old and interested in ballet?
The Ballet Classes for Children Aged 10 to 11 in Coimbra offer a complete experience that combines technical discipline with artistic and emotional expression at a key stage of personal growth.
At this age, students gain greater interpretative ability and body awareness, allowing them to work on more refined movements, improve posture, balance, flexibility, and musicality, and explore deeper artistic sensitivity through classical dance.
Ballet becomes not only a physical practice, but also a form of communication and inner expression, helping to build self-esteem, confidence, and focus. Every step contributes to shaping young people who are more secure, creative, and resilient.
Classes are led by instructors experienced in children’s and youth ballet, who provide personalised guidance while respecting each student’s pace and encouraging progress with empathy and motivation.
