The Reiki Level 1 Course (Shoden) in Amadora represents the awakening of consciousness to the energy within us and others, through the traditional Usui Reiki system (Usui Reiki Ryoho). This training, led by trainer Isabel Couto, combines the depth of in-person teaching with the flexibility of online guidance, aimed at anyone wishing to integrate this ancient practice into their daily life.
Over 6 months of guidance, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of Reiki, including the Five Principles (Gokai), meditation practices, concepts of the energy body, and fundamental techniques for self-treatment and applying Reiki to others.
A 6-Month Journey
Unlike intensive weekend courses, this training prioritizes internalization. The extended format allows you to consolidate knowledge, clarify doubts monthly, and practice safely, respecting each student's pace of inner growth.

1. Do I need any special 'gift' to learn Reiki?
A: No. Reiki is a technique accessible to everyone. Level 1 (Shoden) serves precisely to 'cleanse' the energy channel and teach you how to connect with universal energy.
2. Why does the course last 6 months?
A: Unlike one-day workshops, Reiki is a life path. The 6 months allow the student to practice, ask questions in the monthly online classes, and truly integrate the Five Principles into their daily life, guided by the trainer.
