1. Is it necessary to have a partner to attend the classes?
R: No, registration can be done individually. The class dynamics generally promote partner rotation, which facilitates learning and socialization. In this way, everyone has the opportunity to dance and evolve, regardless of whether they sign up alone or accompanied.

2. I have never danced before. Are these classes suitable for beginners?
R: Yes, absolutely. The classes are structured to welcome students without any prior experience. Teaching begins with the rhythmic bases and fundamental steps of Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba, evolving progressively and safely.

3. What exactly are Afro-Latin Dances and which rhythms are taught?
R: Afro-Latin Dances encompass rhythms of African and Latin origin. In these classes in Mafamude, the focus is on Salsa (Cuban/Latin rhythm, vibrant and energetic), Bachata (rhythm from the Dominican Republic, characterized by sensuality), and Kizomba (rhythm from Angola, focused on connection and steps).

4. Can I try it out before formally enrolling?
R: Yes. We believe you should get a feel for the environment and the methodology before making a commitment. Therefore, the first class is free. It is the ideal opportunity to get to know the space, the teacher, and the group dynamics.

5. What is the recommended attire for the classes?
R: It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. As for footwear, it should be comfortable and, preferably, allow for easy sliding or turning on the floor (avoiding very grippy rubber soles). In the initial phase, professional dance shoes are not mandatory.

6. How do payment and class frequency work?
R: Classes take place once a week. The monthly fee is €30, which guarantees access to all classes scheduled for that month.

7. Are there age limits to participate?
R: No. Dance is a transversal activity and the classes are composed of adults from various age groups, all united by the desire to learn, socialize, and exercise.
