Judo is a martial art and an Olympic sport with a strong educational component. Originated in Japan, this martial art aims to defeat the opponent using the use of projection, immobilization and other techniques that force the opponent to give up.

However, Judo is not simply a sport that can be practiced in competition, as its practice is physical condition, endurance, strength, flexibility, but also self control, a sense of justice, valuing the daily overcoming of those who practice it.
