1. I've never done ballet in my life. Can I really start now?
A: Yes, absolutely! This class was created with you in mind. The program starts from scratch, teaching the basic positions and movements in a clear way that is adapted to the adult body.
2. Do I need to be very flexible to participate?
A: No, not at all. Flexibility is not a prerequisite; it's a result. With regular practice and the correct exercises done in class, you will notice gradual and safe improvements in your flexibility.
3. What should I wear to the first class?
A: The most important thing is comfort. To start, you can wear form-fitting gym clothes (so the teacher can correct your posture), like leggings and a t-shirt. For your feet, thick socks are sufficient. Over time, the teacher can advise on the most suitable gear.
4. Are the classes very physically demanding?
A: The classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible. The effort is progressive, and each student is encouraged to work within their own limits and abilities. You will feel that you've worked your body, but in a rewarding way.
5. Are the classes only for women?
A: No! Ballet is a fantastic activity for everyone. Men are very welcome and will find ballet to be an excellent workout for strength, coordination, and posture.
