About LP Studio

A: It is not necessary. The Floor Barre classes are adapted for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, with exercises adjusted to each person's abilities.

4. What clothing is recommended for the class?
A: Comfortable and form-fitting clothing (like leggings and a t-shirt) is recommended, which allows for freedom of movement and the correct visualization of posture. The class can be done barefoot or with non-slip socks.
