A practical and traditional approach to Martial Arts.
Unlike sports Karate, which focuses on competition, Karate Jutsu returns to the martial art's origins, prioritizing technical efficacy, self-defense, and character development. These classes, designed for teens and adults (+13 years), offer complete training combining physical conditioning, mental discipline, and the practical application of combat techniques.

1. Do I need prior martial arts experience?
A: No. Classes are structured to welcome all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced students. Teaching is adapted to each student's technical evolution.
2. What equipment is needed for the first class?
A: For the trial or first class, simply bring comfortable sportswear (sweatpants and t-shirt) that allows freedom of movement. Later, a Gi (kimono) and belt will be required.
3. Why is the minimum age 13?
A: Karate Jutsu involves self-defense techniques and physical demands/mental maturity better suited for teens and adults. For younger ages, children's Karate classes focused on psychomotor and playful development are recommended.
4. Is the training violent? Can I get hurt?
A: Safety is the top priority. Although it is a contact martial art, all training is supervised and controlled. Students learn to control their strength and respect training partners, minimizing the risk of injury.
