Online Ballet Fitness Sessions
Ballet Fitness is an innovative form of physical conditioning inspired by ballet positions and postures. Classical and contemporary dance as inspiration and everyone (with or without experience in ballet) can do it.
The online format allows you to follow all classes even if you cannot be present during class time. Through a membership plan, you will have access to: live classes, recorded classes, short and term classes, a weekly training plan and even healthy recipes.
Live classes: You have the option of live classes via zoom, lasting 45 minutes and the possibility of interacting with the teacher, asking questions about exercises and ways of execution.
Recorded classes: All live classes are recorded and available.
Short and localized classes: You will have access to short classes and a video explaining the basic principles of Ballet Body classes.
Weekly training plan: Every month a weekly training plan is sent, with the various classes available on the website.
