1. How long does each class last and what is the recommended frequency?
A: Classes for 4-year-old children’s ballet typically last about 45 minutes. The ideal frequency is 1 to 2 times per week, adapted to age and playful/pedagogical goals.

2. Is ballet at age 4 technical? Is it safe for this age?
A: At age 4, the focus is playful and introductory (coordination, musicality, spatial awareness), not intensive technical training. This approach is considered safe and appropriate when guided by qualified teachers.

3. What are the main developmental benefits?
A: Improved motor coordination, balance, and posture, stimulation of body awareness and spatial sense, plus discipline, focus, socialization, and self-esteem. There is evidence of motor and cognitive gains in children who practice dance/ballet regularly.

4. What equipment is recommended for 4-year-olds?
A: It is recommended to wear leotards/tights and ballet shoes. For ages up to around 6–7, full-sole ballet shoes are common, as they provide more stability for beginners. The model and color may be defined by the school.

5. Are pointe shoes used?
A: No. Pointe shoes are not used in 4-year-old classes, as they require bone maturity and technique that only come at later ages (years ahead).

6. What is the class size and level of supervision?
A: Classes are kept small to ensure individual attention and safety. The school adjusts capacity according to room size, age group, and educational goals (quality over quantity).

7. Can parents watch the classes?
A: To maintain the child’s focus and autonomy, classes are held without parents in the room. Sharing moments or showcases may be scheduled by the school.

8. Is there a trial class? How can I enroll?
A: Yes, a trial class/visit may be available depending on schedule. Enrollment can be done directly through the school’s website or by contacting via WhatsApp or phone to get more information and secure a spot.

9. Does the price include registration and insurance?
A: The monthly plan covers the classes only. Registration and insurance are completed at the school upon enrollment (not included in the plan).

10. What should children bring to class?
A: The uniform indicated by the school, ballet shoes, a water bottle, and hair tied up (bun) for comfort and safety.

11. How does progression work after age 4?
A: Progression is gradual by age group/level (e.g., 5–6, 7–8…), advancing technique safely and consistently, always based on the child’s maturity.

12. Are there performances or showcases?
A: Yes, the school may organize presentations or showcases, announced in advance to families.

13. Does ballet help shy children or very active children?
A: Yes. The structured yet playful environment encourages expression and self-confidence in shy children and provides a healthy outlet for energy in more active children, improving focus and self-regulation.
