Chi Kung or Qigong is a Chinese martial art whose purpose is to exercise our body's qi or vital energy.

 

Learning and practicing Chi Kung means doing energy alignment and exercises and harmonious movements, which allow the circulation of vital energy (qi). All Chi Kung exercises are not overexertion.

 

The practice of this Chinese martial art favors contact with the present moment, helps to reduce stress levels, improve sleep, balance our emotional levels, among others.
