Do you want to take to practice Judo and don't know where to start?

Judo is a martial art and an Olympic sport with a strong educational component. Originated in Japan, this martial art aims to defeat the opponent using the use of projection techniques, immobilization and others that force the opponent to give up.

However, Judo is not simply a sport that can be practiced in competition, as its practice develops physical condition, endurance, flexibility, but also automatic control, a sense of justice, valuing the daily overcoming of those who practice it.

Price Includes

- 1 to 2 workouts per week

Price Does Not Include

- Annual registration of 40 euros that includes insurance and membership in the federation. This amount must be paid on site upon registration

Notes

If you don't have equipment, no problem. You can come practice anyway, you just need to bring comfortable workout clothes.
